1 - i have previously applied but was returned due to pd not current , what to file in the form where it say if u have appllied before ? ( i am filing on my own this time )
2 - should the salary be there on employment letter . if so the present day salary or the one with labour approve ?
3 - i have an A# when my file was returned should i use that or leave it blank wherever it is asked also my wife have TIN number is that what i am supposed to write where it ask her to give her SSN

If not, you may receive a RFE for the letter. I have seen some people not getting a RFE for letters if they attached most recent pay stubs showing they are paid prevailing wage.

I have also just seen a caution on Matthew Oh's site where he indicates that USCIS may not issue RFE's but issue outright denials if the "initial evidence" is missing. 2) (copy 2)Send a copy of that letter to IV. After the letters are sent to the President, IV will have a meeting with senior administration officials. In that meeting we will carry the copies of the letters and deliver to them.

BTW, this is not the only place where Indian IT professionals are expressing the need for UNION. These days, I saw even offshore company employees talking about the need for UNION since many companies like Infosys are quietly sacking employees without any severence.

They could and still can afford these houses i.e. the monthly mortgage payments; the only thing they cannot do in the current market is to sell it (even at the price at which they bough i.e. break even) and that is why they are stuck with it if/when they decide to move to another city/job - so no point blaming these guys. If you want to blame somebody, blame the banks who appraised the same house at 500k 2 years back which they are appraising at 400k today, there in lies the problem.
People like you and boreal are doing much better because you decided that a 2 bed room house for rent is what you can afford because the prices shot up by guys like punjabi who wanted to make money and overbid on an house they cannot afford. Otherwise guys like you and many others would have bought house at a resonable price.
Don't you see what is happening? They live a rich man's life buying house that they cannot afford and then they foreclose with banks taking the hit. The banks in turn gets money from Governement, which they tax on people like you and many others who are renting, so that the guys like pubjabi are entitled to big house and bailouts. This is sick. currently teleblend offers $50 unlimited india calling + ofcourse US+canada unlimited. However as now vonage has come up with $25 world plan, I am sure teleblend would come up with something similar soon... may be $20 world plan or so. As they always price it below vonage. Let's hope! competition is good for consumer.
I also had Teleblend world...but I removed the unlimited world as it was $35. Lets see they might come up with something like this.

You might be convinced that you are right but stating that others are asking stupid questions is little too far.
Its not that I think I am smarter or have any additional insight...but I take things at face value. Of course the total number of pending cases in the chart and in the PDF should match - they both are exactly what they say they are "PENDING EMPLOYMENT BASED I-485 cases" If that's what the report title says, that's exactly what it means. No point in over-analyzing if this is just for pre-adjudicated or only primary applications etc....
I say stupid questions because people still ask "Does the PDF report contain numbers for dependents or only for primary applicants" - so you are telling me that this is not clear from the PDF report??

When i asked him about it, he said whether we include it now or not, they will issue an RFE at the time of adjudication. I was content with that, but after reading about it more here, i pressed him again about the issue and the new memo. He said he does not foresee a denial because of this, but if i'm worried we will send the EVL along with a cover letter and the RN. But filing another 485 is not advisable. I'm working on the EVL, and once he is less busy after Aug 17th i will ask him to send it. And i hope it will make it to the right file if we include the RN and A#, just like replying to an RFE.
btw, to answer #1, i did get RN so i would think the case may not be outright rejected for missing evidence. I did FP and my LUD was changed for 485 and 131. I filed 765 later and that also has an LUD after FP.
Thanks for your inputs on this issue. I agree, this is the minimum one should do (sending EVL with A# when it arrives.)

The main idea is to bring people in the store so that they will buy other stuff while they are there.
Oh also uses the same tactic. He just announces sensational news all the time so people keep visiting his web site and more often than not, he'll just go back and retract the statement. The idea is not to share the news but to keep the traffic coming on his website for spicy breaking news and some might end up becoming his client.
I say the trick works. Even though I know that not everything he says can be trusted, I still visit his website to see if he has any new rumor. Go figure.

I don't think any one knows the answer at this point. But I think it is better to mail applications until you see the bulletin (and dates go back). Nothing to loose except the courier fee. If USCIS want to return the applications so be it, at least you have a chance just in case they accept some (to some date).

Where is fraud in this and as you said if law allows it and what's wrong... The point was about abusing the system to get ahead in the line. In that way labor sub shares similarity with PD porting. If a person who landed yesterday fits the job profile and the law allowed it , then what's wrong.
On the other hand if those labor are sold for a price then it is serious problem. And thats why Lab Sub was eleminated. Now thats what is going to happen (and happening) in PD porting case.

(2) Now a days USCIS will set up an apointment for BIO-2 of EAD.
(3) You have to send supportive documents for Advance Parole, like photos,brief explanation of qualifying for AP...I can give you those sample formats !
Coming to I-485 BIOMETRICS, call USCIS & ask them about BIO. Go to this website & register https://egov.immigration.gov/cris/jsps/index.jsp. You must add I-485,EAD,AP & I-140 receipt numbers like LINXXXX and you will get emails when they get approved. You can also see the changes on 'LAST UPDATED' column, which means your case is touched by an officer. But it's not the confirmation of approval until status message has changed or you got an email.
Go thru these 2 links & familiarize well. Hope your I-140 has approved. Finally these are suggestions only & I am not a lawyer. Consult an immigration lawyer if you have uncanny issues.

1) My I 140 was approved
2) I just got my Bio appointment and i am all set with that. i received 1 week after the appointment date but we just walked in and got Bio with out any problem.
3) MY EAD is the only problem
As i mentioned it has been almost 2 years and its still pending. i gave my biometrics at that time and i received my AP for me and my husband. My husband (dependent) got ead but not me :confused:

For all the labels of highly skilled/highly educated etc. that we shower ourselves with we are no better than those idiots and irresponsible people who bought houses far beyond what they can afford and ran away putting their keys in mailboxes when going got tough.
To the original poster: You asked an advise on an open forum. You asked a favor. You can't dictate terms like just tell me options and not your opinion etc.when you ask a favor. You don't like what people have to say about you, don't ask them for help. That's the way it works. Other people have every right to be upset with you as if and when you foreclose you will be asking taxpayers - and that's us - to foot your bill.

By September 28 all the Visas are exhausted(2009 Quota). Please see the thread "September Visa Approvals". Infact some one was saying USCIS stopped issuing GC for the last week as they have used all visas. That may be the case they would have withdrawn approved GC
But try all the possibilities like SR, Infopass, Congressman, etc and let the local office be aware of Oct Visa bulletin and now are current and visas are available.
